An project with an annual output of 25,000 tons of chlorophenol series products, 20,000 tons of polyaluminum chloride, 13,800 tons of intermediates and by-products is under building in China.
The project is constructed in two phases. The first phase is planned to produce 25,000 tons of chlorophenol series, 20,000 tons of polyaluminum chloride and 36,174 tons of hydrochloric acid by-products; the second phase will produce 10,000 tons of aromatic aldehyde series and 2,000 tons of 3,4'-dichloro Diphenyl ether, 1,500 tons of 2,6-dichlorodiphenylamine, 300 tons of diphenyl sulfide and by-products (22,000 tons of hydrochloric acid, 250 tons of p-(o)chlorobenzoic acid, 920 tons of potassium chloride). After the completion of the two phases of construction, a production scale of 25,000 tons of chlorophenol series products, 20,000 tons of polyaluminum chloride, 13,800 tons of intermediates and by-products will be formed.
Construction cycle: The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by the end of April 2020 and will be transferred to trial production. After the device production is stable for 2 years, the second phase of the project is planned to be completed.
The total investment of the project is 588 million RMB, and the environmental protection investment is 99.96 million RMB, accounting for 17% of the total investment.
