Project 1 :
Cover an area of 500 acres, investment of 2 billion RMB.The factory produces 1000 tons of ULTRA-violet absorbers, 50,000 tons of salicylic acid, 30,000 tons of methyl salicylate, 15,000 tons of salicylamide, 10,000 tons of 2-cyanophenol, 20,000 tons of brominated polystyrene and other products.Total production capacity is 250,000 tons/year.The construction period is 18 months, from April 2019 to October 2020.
Project 2:
32,000 tons of fine chemical products project
After the completion of the construction, an annual output of 1,500 tons of dimethylbenzyl ortho alcohol, 800 tons of dimethylbenzyl orthoacetate (ethyl), 200 tons of dimethylbenzyl orthobutyrate (butyl ester), and ethyl naphthalene 1,000 tons of ether, 1,000 tons of ethyl naphthalene ether, and 5,500 tons of m-cresol. The characteristics and uses of the above six products are as follows:
(1) Dimethyl benzyl alcohol: colorless to slightly yellow translucent crystals (at room temperature), colorless and thick when liquid, with clove aroma with green and woody aroma. GB2760-2014 stipulates that it is allowed to use edible spices. Mainly used to prepare vanilla and fruit flavors.
(2) Dimethylbenzyl acetate: The molecular formula is C12H16O2, used in cosmetics, soap and food flavors. GB2760-2014 stipulates that it is allowed to use edible spices. It is mainly used to prepare fruit flavors such as pears, cherries, and tan berries.
(3) Dimethylbenzyl butyrate: Mainly used in cosmetics, soap and food flavors. GB2760-2014 stipulates that it is a food flavor that is temporarily permitted to be used. Mainly used in the preparation of plum, apricot and dried fruit flavors.
(4) Ethyl naphthyl methyl ether: white crystals. It has the refreshing and grassy smell of orange leaves, and it has sweet orange blossoms and acacia flowers. Can be used as edible flavor.
(5) Ethyl naphthalene ethyl ether: white crystals. With orange blossom scent, mild and delicate. It is used for soap flavors such as jasmine and orange blossom.
(6) M-cresol: colorless to light yellow transparent liquid with aromatic odor. It is weakly acidic and reacts with sodium hydroxide to generate soluble sodium salt, but does not react with sodium carbonate. The sodium salt of m-cresol reacts with alkylating agents such as dimethyl sulfate to produce phenol ether. React with aldehydes to obtain synthetic resin. Catalytic hydrogenation to generate methyl cyclohexanol. Under mild conditions, m-cresol can undergo nitration, halogenation, alkylation and sulfonation reactions. M-cresol is easily oxidized, and the color becomes darker when it comes in contact with light and air, forming quinones and other complex compounds
